Information you give us

When you book, we collect the details you enter on the booking form, such as your name, email address, phone number, the session or rental you choose, your date and time, and any notes or answers you provide. If you contact us through social media or another channel, we collect what you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location based on IP address, pages you view, links and buttons you click, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How bookings and payments work

Bookings and payments are handled by Acuity Scheduling, a third-party scheduling service. When you click a booking button, you leave our Site and go to Acuity. Information you enter there, including payment information, is collected and processed by Acuity under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive your booking details from Acuity so we can provide your session. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

How we use information

• To schedule, confirm, and provide your session or studio rental

• To measure and improve our marketing, including online advertising

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tools on the Site, including Google Analytics. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you visit and the booking buttons you click. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. • Your photographer. If you book a session with Brittany Bay, your booking details are shared with her so she can provide your session.
• Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eden Grove, our guests, or others.
• Business changes, if Eden Grove is involved in a sale, merger, or transfer of assets.

How long we keep information

We keep booking information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use.

How we protect information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and the Site is served over a secure connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Bookings for sessions that include children must be made by a parent, guardian, or other adult. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
